We make every effort to get your FUNKY FINE package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order information is verifiable, your package should be shipped in one to three business days. Shipping is by usps mail with tracking and will take an additional 2 to 6 days after leaving the warehouse in Florida, depending on where you live. If you live away from a large city, add on an extra day travelling time. Please be aware that the postal service takes a bit longer during the holidays. If your package is delayed, please check your email for possible problems. To process your order We must also have the billing address for the credit card if it is different than the shipping address. Orders outside the U.S. will only be shipped to the billing address. Inventory for our products changes daily, and an item may be sold out by the time your order is verified.  Any items not shipped on your order, should be re-ordered. We will not backorder items. Overnight delivery is available, but it does not speed up the verifying process. We cannot send out a package overnight the same day you email us the information unless we receive it by 10am est. We cannot check on the status of your order via phone call.

We send all U.S. packages usps with delivery confirmation. Once the package has been scanned and delivery is posted on www.usps.com this completes the transaction and our shipping responsibility. Funkyshop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and these concerns should be addressed to the postal service. Track your package here at USPS.

Shipping prices above pertain only to shipping within the U.S. Additional charges will apply depending on location. We ship only to the billing address on the credit card outside the U.S. We do not ship country to country even if one addres is U.S. There may also be additional charges for duty in certain countries which is not included in our prices. International Shipping -Read Before Purchasing
•We ship to Canada, western Europe, Australia, and Japan. We do not ship to Brazil. We ship by U.S. Postal Service First Class International Mail which does not have tracking outside the U.S. Tracking will show the exit of the package leaving the U.S. No further tracking is available unless your country tracks the package from there. Once it leaves the U.S. we cannot track your package or assist in delivery time of the package. Make absolutely sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for undeliverable, missing, or stolen packages through customs or your postal service. Please address these concerns to your local postal service or customs office. We do not ship any orders from one address to another.
