  How do I order?
  Funkyshop's fabulous fun ways to order funkyshop:

1. Online- the fastest and easiest way is right here online. Just click on an item and it sends it flying into your shopping cart. You can go back and add as many items as you like. You can also change your order as you go and recalculate the total. Then, follow the directions and cyberspace takes care of the rest. You will get a confirmation that we received your order. If you don’t, contact us.This does not mean the order was shipped. We charge the order when it is being shipped.

2. Fax it- you can use the shopping cart to do all the work. When you’re finished, instead of sending it to us online, just print it out and fax it to us. The fax number is listed below. Please list email and phone. You will be contacted that we received the order. Fax it to> (727)789-2824

3. Mail it- obviously the slowest way, but it still works. You can make your own order form, but the easiest way here is to fill out the order form online, then click on Go To Payments. Once you’ve filled in order details (your name and address, email, phone, contact info), print out the order form and send it to our address with a check or money order. A money order will get processed right away. For a check, allow a week to ten days for the check to clear. We will contact you when we receive it.

  How is it shipped?
  We make every effort to get your FUNKY FINE package out to you as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, and all your order information is verifiable, your package should be shipped within five days. Shipping is by priority mail with tracking and will take an additional 2 to 6 days after leaving the warehouse in Florida, depending on where you live. If you live away from a large city, add on an extra day traveling time. Please be aware that the postal service takes a bit longer during the holidays. If your package is delayed, please check your email for possible problems. To process your order WE MUST also have the billing address for the credit card if it is different than the shipping address. Orders outside the U.S. will only be shipped to the billing address. Inventory for our products changes daily, and an item may be sold out by the time your order is verified.  Any items not shipped on your order, should be re-ordered. We will not backorder items. Overnight delivery is available, but it does not speed up the verifying process. We cannot send out a package overnight the same day you email us the information. If you have questions about your order or if you would like to know the status of the order, please email us at inti@funkyshop.com and give us the email address under which the order was sent, the name on the order and the order number. We cannot check on the status of your order via phone call.

 

  What credit cards do you accept?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, and American Express. To process the order, we must have the exact billing address for your card (where your credit card sends the bill). We will not charge your credit card until the shipment is ready to go out.

 

How do I return or exchange anything?
We strive to offer only the highest quality products on funkyshop.com, but if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for return authorization and instructions on how to send it back. If the return is within 30 days, we’ll gladly exchange it or credit your credit card (minus the shipping charge).There will be a 25% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns or refusals. Sorry, no cash refunds. For safety reasons, there are no returns on body jewelry.

 

How much does the shipping cost?
Here’s a shipping chart for shipment within the U.S.:

-up to $24.90: add $5.90

$24.95 to $29.90: add $6.90

$29.95 to $49.90: add $7.90

$49.95 to $98.99: add $8.90

$99.00 and over FREE SHIPPING

Please note: Florida residents are charged 7% sales tax.  

These shipping prices apply only within the U.S.

 

  What if I live outside the U.S.?
Shipping prices pertain only to shipping within the U.S. We ship only to the billing address on the credit card outside the U.S. We also accept payment in the form of money order or cashier's check for orders out of the country. There may be additional charges for duty in certain countries. Please contact your local postal service for information.
